If you are having any problems with your galleries, please leave a post on the support forum
You will find this at yoursiteaddress/galleryadmin.php
remember to replace 'yoursiteaddress' with the address of your gallery.
You will now be asked for your user name and password (unless you've recently accessed your gallery on that particular computer and not logged out)
After entering your credentials, you will be taken to the main administration page for your gallery.
From the main page, you can make changes to the title and description for your gallery - remember to click update when you've made any changes. You can also customise the appearance of your gallery by selecting different colour and border options
To make a gallery free for anyone to view, simply untick the 'Private Gallery?' box
To add photos to your gallery, go to the main settings page and click on the button marked 'manage images'.
Use the browse box at the bottom of the screen to locate the images on your computer, then click add image to transfer to your gallery.
Depending on the size of the image and your internet connection, transfering images may take some time. Resizing any over large images will help to speed things up. (our servers will resize your images if they are any larger than your gallery size)
each image can appear in more than one of your galleries - remember to tick the check box on an images properties page to ensure it appears.
Clicking this button will ensure that the next user would have to know the user name and password to access your gallery settings.
